The first day of October spent
observing London old chaps
observing air traffic


Oporto:

This city doesn't know the shores -
everything's being passed from one ear to another,
from one lip onto the other.

The messages are sent and
delivered,

they are all pressed in between the ribs
of the codfish.


One house grows over the other there,
they embrace and fall apart -

and sweet Mariana was loved by all the customers

We brought up our sleep in the house of many stamps
from the interwar period.

[and so we went back to LT carrying little pictures from here and there
from around the world;
with little passports of expired letters]

Morning sun was something I had a chance to meet before -
in other time and space

perhaps in some old school book.

As a regular girl I like shiny things and I like flowers,
I like dresses and shoes -
but that's another story to be told in another city.

Paskutinis apsilankymas Lisabonoje buvo absoliučiai nearchitektūriškas - neskaitant vienos kitos naminės fotografijos ir dar vieno greito ir itin smagaus vizito į dizaino ir mados muziejų Augustos gatvėje.

Kai Maria mane nuvilko į tą dizaino ir mados muziejų - jos akyse degė pasiutęs noras parodyti banką, kuris virto kultūrine viešąja erdve - tam tikra kultūros pergalė prieš pinigus - jeigu žiūrėtume absoliučiai paviršutiniškai. Be viso to, Maria labai džiaugėsi, kad dalinai išsaugotas banko interjeras - muziejaus ekspozicijos kryptį palaikė per visą erdvę vingiuojantis aptarnavimo stalas.



Ir nors labai abejoju to stalo išsaugojimo tikslingumu - ekspozicijos erdvę jis veikia kažkaip nevėkšliškai - tačiau pusiau industrinė nuotaika su prabangos prieskoniu - itin įdomi ir mano dūšiai, reikia pripažinti, artima.

REGENLAB workshop: Creative city, Regenerating model”_European Architecture Exchange and Workshop

RegenLab – tęstinis kultūrinio kooperatyvo “Ideias Emergentes” (Portas, Portugalija) projektas, skirtas naujo santykio tarp Porto miesto ir jo gyventojo paieškai. Projektas įsibėgėjo dar 2008 metais, į savo veiklą įtraukdamas ne vieną Europos menininką, taip pat ir vieną kitą entuziastingą kaunietį.

Gausiausias kultūrinis desantas (Audrys Karalius, Tomas Petreikis, Aura Pranckevičiūtė-Draugelė, Guoda Bardauskaitė, Eglė Bazaraitė) į Regenlab kūrybines dirbtuves išsiųstas spalio 1-12 dienomis.

Lietuviškoji komanda kūrybinėse dirbtuvėse pristatė namų darbą – specialiai šiam įvykiui sukurtą filmą, kuriame remiantis Kevino Lyncho metodu, nagrinėjamas Kauno miesto proto žemėlapis (mental map – angl.). Dirbtuvių metu kiekvienas

dalyvis turėjo sukurti individualų darbą miesto kartografavimo tema.

Arch.A.Karalius Douro upės pakrantės zonoje nužymėjo naują proto žemėlapį “Mental map of Margin do Porto” (“Porto Margin rajono proto že

mėlapis” – angl.), kuriame rado vietos bene kiekvienam individui.

Arch.T.Petreikis leidosi į kelionę po miestą ir sutiktų žmonių nuorodas išbandė bei užfiksavo projekte “Selfmapping” (“Asmeninis žemėlapis” – angl.).

Arch.G.Bardauskaitė gilinosi į privatumą viešumoje, kurį pavaizdavo proto žemėlapyje, pavadintame “Private Pockets in a Public Urban Suit” (“Viešo urbanistinio kostiumo asmeninės kišenės” – angl.).

Asmeniškumai urbanistiniame kontekste rūpėjo

ir tapytojai-dizainerei Aurai Pranckevičiūtei-Draugelei, pristačiusiai meno kūrinį “Lingerie aspects in urban life of Porto” (“Apatinio drabužio aspektai Porto urbanistiniame gyvenime” – angl.).

Tuo tarpu arch.E.Bazaraitė (t.y. aš) stebėjo apleistus Porto senamiesčio namus ir iš jų veidų išskaitė ir surašė 7 liūdnų namų istorijas (“7 stories of sad houses in Margin do Porto” – angl.).

Dalyviai iš Latvijos - Dace Gaile ir Kriss Zilgalvis, akomponuojami vietinių portiškių Luis Krug ir Patricia Mano - į ekspozicijos erdvę perkėlė Porto uoslinį žemėlapį.

lapis (aut. Tiago Dias, Francisco Lopez, Margarida Oliveira ir kt.), Porto logotipas pagal Boratą (aut. Joan Jordan) ir kt. ir kt.
